Refund policy
At Aromalux, we strive to provide high-quality fragrance oils and home fragrancing systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must first contact us at sales@aromalux.co to initiate the return process.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund or issue a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Additionally, custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@aromalux.co within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
