All orders are fulfilled from our location in Greece:

We ship to all European destinations.
What are the shipping costs?
Our shipping rates depend on the destination:
- Greece 🇬🇷
Rates start at 3,50€ - Εurope (Standard Zone) 🇪🇺
(Includes all EU destinations except those in Saver Zone)
Rates start at 8,50€ - Europe (Saver Zone) 🌍
(Includes Cyprus, Norway, Portugal (Azores), Spain (Canaries), and Malta)
Rates start at 22,00€ - Europe (Rest) 🌍
(Includes Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Moldova, Montenegro, N. Macedonia and Serbia)
Rates start at 15,00€
How long does shipping take?
- Greece: 1-3 business days
- Europe (Standard Zone): 3-9 business days
- Europe (Saver & Rest): Varies, usually 7-14 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for all destinations and all orders over 50€.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in locating it or arranging a resolution.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible to update your address. Once shipped, we cannot modify the destination.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
✔️ The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
✔️ You contact us first at sales@aromalux.co to initiate the return
✔️ We approve your return request and provide a return label & instructions
How do I return an item?
1️⃣ Email us at sales@aromalux.co with your order details and reason for return.
2️⃣ Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a return label.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to us, and we’ll process your refund upon receiving and inspecting the item.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.
💳 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
⏳ It may take 1-3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
⚠️ If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund or issue a partial refund.
What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
🚫 Opened or used fragrance oils and aroma oils
🚫 Custom or special-order items
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at sales@aromalux.co within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Who covers return shipping costs?
📦 If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.
📦 If you're returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Fragrance Oils
Are your fragrance oils safe to use in my home?
Yes! Our fragrance oils are high-quality, rigorously tested, and free from harmful additives, making them safe for everyday use in scent diffusers.
Will your aroma oils work with any electric diffuser?
While our oils are optimized for the Aeolus devices, they can be used in all waterless diffusers, nebulizers and wax burners also!
How strong are the scents? Will they fill my entire space?
Our aroma oils are highly concentrated for optimal diffusion, providing a rich and long-lasting scent that fills your space without being overpowering.
How long does a bottle of fragrance oil last?
Usage depends on device and diffusion settings. Tested on our electric diffuser, the Aeolus one, a standard bottle of 10mL lasts up to 6 weeks at maximum settings.
Can I mix different fragrance oils to create my own blend?
Absolutely! Our oils are blend-friendly, allowing you to experiment and customize your perfect scent experience.
Do your fragrance oils contain any synthetic chemicals?
Our fragrance oils are carefully formulated, using both natural and safe synthetic ingredients to ensure the best olfactory experience without compromising quality.
What’s the difference between fragrance oils and essential oils?
Fragrance oils are expertly crafted blends designed for a long-lasting, consistent scent, while essential oils are naturally derived from plants with aromatherapy properties.
Aeolus diffuser
Does the Aeolus work with any scented oil?
Yes, our scent diffuser is designed to handle any undiluted fragrance oil or pure essential oil on the market.
How much oil should I use, and how long does it last?
The Aeolus One can hold an oil volume of 10mL. This is more than enough to last you up to 40 days of continuous use.
How large of a space can the device effectively scent?
The Aeolus One can effectively cover up to 30sqm of space in a matter of minutes.
Can I switch between different oils easily?
Yes of course. Just unscrew the current bottle and apply a new one. The device will immediately start emitting the new scent.
Is there a warranty for the Aeolus devices?
Our scent diffuser comes with a 2 year warantee in which you can request for a replacement.
